GREEN BAY — Green Bay Packers rookie James Starks set a University of Buffalo career record with 3,140 rushing yards and 34 touchdowns without playing a single down of his senior season. He was diagnosed with a torn labrum in August and missed the season before being drafted by the Packers in the sixth round of Aprils draft.
