The Green Bay Packers haven’t been as affected by the NFL lockout as much as other teams, but Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy said the team isn’t ruling out paycuts for its staff and coaches if the labor stalemate drags on, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported on Friday. “It’s based on when we’re going to start missing revenue,” Murphy said. About 75 percent of NFL teams have imposed a pay reduction of some kind in reaction the lockout, which is approaching its third month.

The NFL has granted the Packers a special exemption from the league’s no-contact policy during the lockout, should the lockout still be in effect.

The Green Bay Packers will receive their Super Bowl championship rings on June 16 in the Lambeau Field Atrium, the team announced Thursday. The Packers received an exemption from the NFL regarding the league’s no-contact policy between players and management, should the NFL lockout still be in effect. “We’re looking forward to having an evening for the players, coaches and organization to recognize the victory in Super Bowl XLV,” Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy said.
